Call for parallel events

The EUBCE parallel events are designed for a global audience of decision-makers from research, industry, key stakeholders, and policymakers. These events highlight a curated selection of the latest trends in biomass.

With a diverse format that includes presentations, workshops and panel discussions, the Parallel Events serve as a valuable complement to the broader EUBCE programme.

To submit a proposal, please include the following details:

• Organiser(s)
• Draft title of the event
• Brief description
• Event topics
• Target audience
• Format (e.g. presentations, workshops, panel discussions)
• Expected number of attendees
• Estimated event duration

The EUBCE Committee reviewes all submissions with the aim of finalizing the overall conference programme by the end of January.
This review process ensures the programme’s coherence and prevents any conflicts in content or scheduling.

Once your proposal is accepted, the final programme for your Parallel Event must be submitted by Friday 10 April, 2026.
This deadline allows us to promote the full conference programme effectively.

Please note that participation in EUBCE 2026 parallel events requires a valid conference registration.

Parallel events will be promoted on the conference website, newsletters, and across social media platforms.

Kindly be aware that the number of slots for parallel events is limited.
