How to submit

Submission is easy through the online portal:

  1. Log in to the User Area
  2. Go to “Abstract Submission”
  3. Complete all steps:
    • Step 1: Title, subtopic, presentation type, summary
    • Step 2: Author details
    • Step 3: Upload your PDF (unprotected)
    • Step 4: (Optional) Apply for journal publication
    • Step 5: Submit and receive confirmation email

Review process

Abstracts are being evaluated by the international Programme Committee of over 150 experts.

Key selection criteria:

• Content aligned with the subtopic;
• Relevance to the biomass community;
• Innovation and scientific quality.

Selected abstracts may be considered for plenary, oral or visual/poster presentation, with plenary and oral sessions covering broader topics. Corresponding authors will be notified of the outcome by the end of December 2025.

Participate in the largest biomass conference

  • reach a global audience –more than 1200 participants from 55 countries
  • receive permanent identification, citability and full open-access policy publication on the EUBCE proceedings website
  • considered for the 2026 Poster Awards and Student Awards
  • additional publication exposure
